Clearline AI Terms of Service and SMS Program Terms (Last updated: April 12, 2026)

The Clearline AI Appointment Reminder Program ("the Program") provides recurring SMS appointment reminders, missed-call follow-up messages, and related patient communications on behalf of dental practices and healthcare providers that have engaged Clearline AI as a service provider.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to a dental practice that uses Clearline AI, or by replying to any message sent through the Program, you agree to these Terms of Service and to receive SMS messages as described below.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You may receive messages including but not limited to: appointment reminders prior to scheduled visits, follow-up messages after missed calls to your dental office, confirmation requests, and rescheduling notifications. The Program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all messages sent and received through the Program. Clearline AI does not charge any fees for participation in the Program.

4. Carriers

The Program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Help and Support

For help, reply HELP to any message from the Program, or contact Clearline AI directly at team.clearlineai@gmail.com.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive any further messages from the Program. To rejoin the Program after opting out, contact your dental practice directly.

7. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile device associated with the phone number you provide. You must be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Service Availability

Clearline AI strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages caused by carrier issues, network outages, device problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at the URL provided to your dental practice. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearline AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Program.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the dental practice that engaged Clearline AI on your behalf. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
